Returns & refunds
You can return unwanted items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition.
How to return
- Email hi@savolex.shop with your order number.
- We'll send you return instructions and a returns reference.
- Pack securely and post to the address provided.
- Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receipt.
Faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.
Condition grades
Cosmetic wear consistent with a product's stated condition grade is not grounds for return. Grade is clearly shown on every product page.
